400 g of cold smoked salmon
1 romaine lettuce
3 fillets of anchovies
30 g of capers
10 ml of milk
100 ml of Greek yoghurt
2 slices of toasted bread
100 grams of parmesan or grana padano
- Rinse the lettuce and dry it and cut into smaller pieces. Put into the salad bowl.
- Mix anchovies, capers, yoghurt, milk and a little pepper with blender. Add the sauce to the lettuce and mix thoroughly.
- Cut the toast bread into cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and add toast. Fry often turning until slightly browned.
- Place the salad on plates, place the salmon and croutons on the lettuce, decorate with the parmesan flakes
