Smoked salmon paste with cottage cheese and horseradish on rye toasts

Ingredients:

Cold smoked Atlantic salmon, sliced, 200g

(4 servings) easy / 20 minutes

200 g of smoked salmon

200 g of philadelphia cheese

50 g of radishes

1 teaspoon of horseradish

10 ml of lemon juice

1 clove of garlic

4 slices of wholegrain bread

Oil, salt, pepper

Method:

  • Mix salmon with cheese, radish, horseradish, lemon juice, olive oil and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Use a round or square cookie cutter to make identical shapes from bread slices.
  • Spread the toasts thick with salmon paste.
